5.2 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested to a payment method previously used for deposit by the same Player. Third-party withdrawals — i.e., to an account in a different name — are strictly prohibited. ge33 will process withdrawal requests to the same Touch n Go eWallet, Boost wallet, or bank account from which the corresponding deposit originated.
5.3 Processing Times. ge33 targets withdrawal processing within the following timeframes: Touch n Go eWallet and Boost — under 15 minutes; bank transfer (IBT) — within 1 business day. These timeframes are targets and are subject to payment network availability and KYC status. ge33 accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
5.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. A monthly administrative fee of RM 10 may be deducted from any remaining balance. Where the balance falls to zero, the Account may be closed. Players will receive advance notice at the email address on file before any fee deduction commences.
